  1. I dissagree with this guys concept of what “job security” should be. You should not be garunteed a job just because you held it in the past. On the other hand, if you’re students are more sucessful than someone else’s students, you should not be let go before them if cuts are being made. I think what we really need is merit-based job secuity! Not a job you know you can go to and do nothing and have no risk of punishment for slaking off.
